Russel the Muscle

“Hi, I'm Russell the Muscle and I hold things together around here!

I help Joan the Bone do just about all of her tasks like lifting, throwing, kicking and even smiling!

I suppose I’m a bit like an elastic band as I stretch and then bounce back again!

I like to work out in the playground, on the sports field or in the gym to keep me fit and healthy.

Like many of the other Body Bitz I need a good DIET, plenty of EXERCISE and at least 8 hours SLEEP!

So, make sure you get your share of those three most important parts in your life. I’m off to bed now… see if you can remember the big 3!”
